We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30days after the items delivered. All orders must be in new condition and original packaging. The buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange/return.

We do not accept returns and exchanges for clearance items.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from SLCS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days.
