Shipping Procedure

All orders stock from Singapore are shipped within 3 – 5 business days of purchase.(Excluding weekends and Public Holidays in Singapore)

All orders stock from other countries beside the above mentioned are shipped within 14 – 21 business days of purchase. (Excluding weekends and Public Holidays)

Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes if it may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs related issues.

Custom Taxes

Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST, or other country taxes.

For international buyers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from the courier company or local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Order will be processed for final delivery once payment is cleared by buyers.
